With 20 years of international experience in corporate sustainability, leadership and transformation, I support people and organisations in navigating change and making progress with intention. I’m a certified systemic coach with 220h of DCV-standard training (2011), complemented by 200h of ICF-accredited training in transformational, executive, team and career coaching (2024–26). As a former Head of Sustainability in global companies across different industries, I also understand the pressures and opportunities of leading in complex systems. Having lived and worked in 15 countries and travelled to 50+, I know what it can mean to move through transitions. Professionally and personally.
