With 20+ years of international experience in sustainability, leadership, and transformation, I support people and organizations navigating change with clarity and intention. I’m a certified systemic coach (220h training, DCV standard), with 125+ additional hours in ICF-accredited executive, career and transformational coaching education. As a former Head of Sustainability in global companies, I understand the pressures and opportunities of leading in complex systems. I hold certifications in project management (PMP), sustainable business (Harvard Online) and human wellbeing (WELL AP). I've lived and worked in 15+ countries, traveled to 50+, and know what it means to move through transitions. Professionally and personally.
